Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from the olive tree of the Picual, Royal or mixed varieties of both, by means of mechanical procedures that do not produce alteration of the oil, conserving the flavor, aroma and characteristics of the fruit from which it comes.

The oils obtained from these varieties are of very high value and their main sensory characteristic is their fresh, fruity and sweet aroma

Our farmers, heirs of an ancient tradition, take care of the olive trees in order to obtain the best fruit that that the earth can give.

Harvesting

The fruit is picked directly from the olive tree with a careful selection process, in order to deliver olives of the highest quality and healthiness.

 

Processing

Processing

This is done by means of mechanical grinding, milking, and cold extraction without any refining. The oil is extracted under pressure at temperatures below 27 ° C, since the lower the temperature the better the quality.

The latest food technology is incorporated into our packaging and distribution process, so that the product reaches the customer’s table in the best possible condition.
