Castillo de Toya

Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Monovarietal Picual / Monovarietal Royal).

Picual oil is an oil of great body, with a bitter, pungent taste balanced by an intense fruitiness, without blemish. It is also usual for green tinges to appear with an odor of ripe tomatoes. Among its best qualities is its great resistance to rancidification, thanks to the significant amount of vitamin E that it contains. Royal oil is an oil of great value and its main organoleptic characteristic is the fresh fruity and sweet aroma. Its flavor reminds us of grass and apple. It is soft in the mouth and not aggressive to the palate. It is the only Royal oil in the world with a Designation of Origin, besides being characteristically traditional of the region of the Sierra de Cazorla
